Wimberly Watson is an Organizational Change Management consultant with over 25 years of diverse industry experience delivering well-planned, executed and implemented change.
Passionate about helping leaders solve complex challenges and supporting them through critical transformations, Wimberly is adept at obtaining stakeholder buy-in; facilitating employee engagement for project success; working with teams and individuals to help increase personal and professional efficiency and effectiveness; and helping transform internal and external customer complaints into actionable deliverables.
Wimberly is currently the president of The Three Sixty One Group, LLC, which specializes in helping organizations best utilize their people, processes, and performance measures. He has also worked for AlliedSignal (Honeywell), General Electric Appliances, General Electric Mortgage Insurance (Genworth Financial), GlaxoSmithKline, and the North Carolina Department of Revenue in numerous optimization roles.
Wimberly received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. He received his Business Coaching certificate through North Carolina State University.
Wimberly is Lean Sigma Black Belt certified through GlaxoSmithKline, and Six Sigma Black Belt certified through General Electric. He is also Green Belt certified the General Electric and GlaxoSmithKline.
